Ms. Freda Suglo is a Business Advisory consultant spanning 6 years with a focus on people and organisation consulting services. She spent 5 years with EY and has continued to work with them on for some strategic projects.

She has exceptional research abilities and has supported a number of employee performance improvement projects for major clients in Ghana and the United States of America. Some of the major clients she has worked for as an independent consultant retained by EY include: Tullow Ghana Limited, The National Identification Authority (NIA), Ministry of Finance, Ghana Revenue Authority, UNICEF, MTN, Intelligent Card Production Systems and the Ghana Card Project.

She has a BA Psychology and Philosophy from the University of Ghana and an MA in Industrial/Organisational Psychology from Fairfield University, USA.
